Very smooth, everything in the right place, proper use of headings... :)

 

The only comments I have are about accessibility.

 

1. Text links that are the same colour as normal text is confusing, and the links aren't obvious

2. Your normal text link colour is a bit too dark and hard to see on the dark background

3. Footer text colour contrast is not too good, as are your subheadings

Brilliant site - love the name and explanation behind it.

 

The illustration is fab - and the "cow fart fact" as well. Great to see a site with a lot of originality behind it. :)

Personal taste dictated this, but I don't like the hover effect on the main navigation menu.

I love it - great illustrations and nice personal feel to everything...why the rollover state on the large graphics under 'why choose us' though - makes me think they should link to something but they don't - either make them links or remove the hover state and it's a bit confusing.

h3 text is a bit dark and difficult to read...

WOW i was expecting a serious grilling - thanks for comments I agree little issue with contrast and the nav under why choose us - DAMN i tried to get away with not writing anymore content but it looks like i will have to.

Loved the look and feel of the site, very original. As someone just starting out and concentrating on getting the nuts and bolts right, this is an inspriational site in terms of creative impact.

Have spent lots of time on content of www.spouseannounce.co.uk perhaps you could comment on wether you feel the "straight" look of the dreamweaver templates would make it less attractive to return to?

One thing though. You're missing an H1. There's no main title for your site at the top. That way it'll look better when viewed without any CSS. And I think the H1 is important for SEO, at least for the title appearing in search results.

 

I know that an extra element doesn't fit in with the current layout, but just add a display: none; and you're sorted.

Cool designs. I like it... Your site is really eye-catching and interesting... The web graphics have stylish and professional designs. Keep it up...

Very nice design, good layout, however in terms of seo, your urls need to be rewritten with a .htaccess rule, as this is very long and dynamic

i love the design :) very web2.0 but its an amazing concept design and code :)

really nice website, logo looks great, color sheme is awesome with the design even if im not a fan of pink. Well done :)
