Thanks for the birthday cheer - I've just got home with a champagne-fuelled hang-over but too old for the 3-dayer I'm afraid sis. And, for all you younglings be warned... you'll be in your thirties before you know it! I'm actually pretty happy with being in the generation I am... we're old enough to have been able to climb trees, play out in the streets til dark and actually have a childhood but still get into the technology. Had a great pressie - I won't give details so as to spare the kiddies' blushes but if any of you girls are stuck as to what to get their partner... boudoir photography is the way to go! Oh yes, oh yes indeed. Modern DSLRs do a fantastic job of reducing camera shake!
April 23, 200917 yr how was the ice wine?? Oooh... I forgot about that! It's delicious... super-sweet, super-strong - a bit like port or something. They say that, because the grapes are frozen when they make the wine, that it takes as many grapes to make one bottle of this ice wine as would go into about 6 bottles (or something) normal bottles of wine. Delicious!
