Lose the IE logo and use a FF one instead.

It's not as bad as I thought it would be but you need to tidy up the code and fix the 10 css errors.

The black would be great if the pub sold it's 'haunted/ mystery/ quirky' side but, as far as I can see, it doesn't have any of that. Think about the clientele. Is it a family pub? "relaxed, comfortable atmosphere" to me doesn't mean black/ dark. Put the navigation on the left, that's where the punter will look for it. Generally it needs lightening up and made to be more inviting. Invert those colours and check your spelling - "accomidation"

I agree with Eris, lose the WAC3 buttons as 1, they are ugly and old, 2, The site doesn't even validate and 3, Average users won't even know what they are.

I'd say you'd need to be really lucky to find more than a junior position on around £15k - £18k and with that, possibly, 90% would go on just surviving. I would advise looking for a job first otherwise you could find yourself out on the streets/ heading back home very quickly.

I think the thing is you've got to see past things like the adverts. These are merely placeholders with a suggestion that you could use them for adverts. Same with the logo? Unless I totally misread the point of this thread!

It's great that you are advertising your product and offering a chance for freelancers to get work but, it seems to me it's just the same as a load of other similar sites - full of non european companies bidding in the 10's of dollars. That plus you have tons of spelling/ grammar mistakes. I don't have any need to sign up but usually pass these sites on to others. I won't bother this time.

Zen cart does it no problem. I recently had to set something similar for a client so I know it works.
