It is because you are loading the fonts over http rather then https you need to find thge @import or css include and fix that

I only do freelancing on the side so our opinions may be different. I don't really see a big issue with this, if a customer wants to go else where that should be up to them. At the end of the day why should the customer be tied down to you when they can shop for cheaper/better alternatives elsewhere. You would do that for anything else like a TV, insurance, internet etc ... why should web development be any different. Any customer that i do work for has access to the original source code (hosted privately on my git server) and has full ownership of the hosting and domain. I've seen too many developers hold domains/websites to ransom over any dispute and i think it is wrong and gives the rest of us a bad name.

Are you using the same ID multiple times? Its good practice to have unique IDs within the DOM

At the moment there is way too much information on the front page. The top hero section is hard to read with the busy background, either make the background simpler or remove some of the text. The next section is alright it looks clean and organized. The next hero section again looks too busy there are too many images, none of which really showcase your work as they all blur into one. Maybe increase the margin around the images and maybe give them a border. The next section looks clean, maybe you can use the carousel for the above section images too? In the footer there is way way too much text on my screen the footer uses the whole page. I would only have 3 or 4 columns. The whole page takes way to long to load, with over 150 requests and over 3MB of data on a mobile this would be awful.

I have used one.com several times before and was the first company i used when starting out several years ago. Their customer service is really good and they have resolved any issues I've had very quickly. When i first used them they were 1GB packages but almost every year they upgraded the capacity for free (now at 25GB) I still use them for 1 or two of my sites that ive yet to migrate over to my dedicated host. for you i would suggest the Hosting > Starter package

Desktops still account for 44% of the web traffic so IMO its still well worth supporting. People are supporting IE with an ever lower usage. I can see it would be easy to do this on mobile but on desktop it should be fine, I never had any issues and I was using a trackpad. -- -- Maybe what the tradesmen will need one category for services and another for past projects.

Using the gardening example: On a larger screen (1920x1080) the grid of services seems to be rather large. Maybe have a sidebar or have a fixed width? When clicking on an image of a service it would be good to go to the post rather then having to click the title. IMO there is too much transparency in places, sometimes a solid background color can be easier to read. The title is hard to read (green text on a green background) When viewing a service i would remove the "< {Prev Post Name}" "{Next Post} >" links and maybe replace them with a "Other Services" section.
