I just can't understand why people keep coming on here, asking for reviews of 'their' websites when it's just wordpress theme's they've installed?
Maybe I'd understand if there was lots of content on there, but there isn't.

It's just a shame that people in general don't know anything about the web and what is quality design or service, so people like this will continue to get away with it and drive down opinion and prices of and in the industry.

It should either be provided by the company or produced by a copywriter.

You got feedback on usability, which is equally if not more important. Auto-playing music is never a good idea. It assumes that people want to hear sounds at all (they may be at work, or have sleeping family members nearby), it assumes that people want to hear music, it assumes that people want to hear that specific track. Get the first two wrong and people aren't going to turn off their sound and keep looking at your website unless they have an existing relationship with it, they're going to hit the Back button and look somewhere else.
 
Since this is a website for your business which presumably makes money, I strongly suggest that you hire a professional who won't make this sort of mistake. The Reviews and Feedback forum is also intended for designers to get peer review of their own work in order to improve their craft, not for people to get free design advice after they've skimped on paying for it, then to quibble about the advice they get.

I gave a friend advice the other day, just simple stuff about how to manage his bruised leg, Deep Heat and keep it elevated.
 
Yeah so anyway, the word got out I'm a doctor and now I've had a gaggle of people knocking at my door wanting medical advice.
 
I'm not actually a doctor, I don't know medicine to save my life, let alone anyone else's, but that doesn't matter so let's ignore all that.

You could probably wrap those two divs in one and just give them the same float as the top one.
Also, the copyright stuff and text at the bottom needs a new font colour, can't read it just now.

Though it may seem daunting at first, it really isn't at all difficult.
After that you can get to grips with the iniquities of javascript libraries 'joy' of PHP and other server side code.
 
As a site, it's as good as my first website(though I hand coded that), a valiant effort one might say, but still not great for the reasons others have outlined.
 
Don't go looking for wordpress themes to install and use either, that's not learning nor is it benefitting you as a designer at all.
 
Nettuts and lynda.com have great courses, or there's plenty of tutorials out there on google to get you started.
 
Pro-tip - start by learning about different html tags, what they're used for and where to use them, then move on to CSS (learn these both in tandem).
CSS - start by learning about positioning, the absolute most important thing in CSS, after that everything else will fall into place.

Mike that is really strange, I have a placeholder that allows me to change the siteurl through the general settings but on my word press sub directory install there is no option to change it? on the sub install I have a commerce (woocommerce) install

Are you denying that the vast majority of template resellers 'as I call them' are basically pumping out low quality themes, re-skinned with a new font/colour and calling it bespoke(I also hate that word)?
I'd bet most don't even consider how it fits with what the client needs.
I don't consider anything 'my territory' either, I'm intermediate, still learning a lot of stuff, like I'm sure most of us (hopefully) are.
 
What I do know is this kind of shady business practice isn't good for the rest of us, just like people doing poor quality design work.
If someone resells themes, provides great working sites, support and customisation, fantastic.
 
There was an agency up my way in Edinburgh, can't find the site now, but their portfolio of 'bespoke' designs was two themes, reskinned over and over again, it was bloody hilarious.
 
Maybe I'm naive, or just stupid, but I think we should all hold ourselves to higher standards as designers, whatever we do and sell.

I'm not trying to 'mud sling', I hope it didn't come across that way, that's not my intention.
