This is useful. I had some corrupt .jpg files on my PC that you could see the thumbnail for but when you opened up the thing it was corrupt. I tried all the recovery programs and none would touch it.

Let's face some facts here, the forum only got into a mess because of updates put in by 'hard working' Ben that made moderation impossible. Moderators at the time asked for assistance and suggesting changes but these were resolutely ignored. So please don't try to gloss over the facts or imply that previous mods were to blame. The only reason WDF is getting a bit of a make over is because there is competition out there and that affects peoples pockets.

they probably have a chip on their shoulders about themselves. It must be very difficult to use stock images of white people on an Indian site? or is that all part of the pretence? To me it just backs up the fact at how hopeless at IT the Indians are and have to scam/spam their way into doing things.

you're still making huge and ridiculous assumptions about how people use their own systems and displays. One of my monitors is running at 1920x1200 but I can't think for the life of me why I would want to use all that space for one application and, in particular, a web browser. It's called Windows for a reason. Most of my browser windows are about 1200x1000 because that is what I find comfortable to both look at and work with.

Yup, completely possible. PHP has in-built functions for doing such things, but personally I prefer using FPDF to generate it. It's a little verbose but very easy to add extras to it.

LiveDocx web service is exactly what you need. You make a Microsoft word template and push that to the livedocx web service along with your data and it will populate it.
