I don't think it's over priced, Recently bought Creative Suite 5 Master Collection, cost me over 2k, Been working with it since yesterday, word's can not explain how good this software is... worth every penny, way I see it is the cost of one website provides me with half my tool's to do god knows how many more websites, graphics etc (Other half is the computer of course) don't get why people complain about the price. If you just need Photoshop CS5 I've seen it on Amazon for £170, that's nothing for what you get and think of the return you would make off the investment, but like Darran said you can claim it back as a business expense. People who download it I hope you get shot.

If you're assigned to some bug fixing etc in order to solve whatever the issues are handcoding will be a big must, it is for me anyway.

Just basically say if you want you're project completed by 'this date' then you will have to pay you're project deposit by 'this date' so the project is completed within you're required time-frame. Their a big company, they will understand and respect you're terms, I started a project for another freelancer about 3 weeks ago after 4 day's into the project no deposit had been sent, still nothing to date, and have had no update or anything, look's like I waisted 4 days of my life, this is like the 4th time I've done it over 3 years I don't know why I do it! That's the last straw though, I won't start anything for anyone freelancer/agency/client without a deposit now, fed up of these fukabouts.

No, whether the clients paid or not or when the client pays is not the freelancer's problem, the agency should pay the remainder as and when the work is signed off by the agency's client according to the agency's agreed payment terms eg, some pay every 30 days some upon completion etc etc

Hi mate, I mainly do work for other agency's/freelancers, at the end of the day you are working for the agency or freelancer, not their client, in fact the client wouldn't even know you;re the one working on their project, it is the agency or freelancers responsibility to pay you, this also includes if their client pay's them or not, I had one company say their client hasn't paid them I said that's not my problem you employed me to do this job not you're client. So the agency or freelancer is you're client; if their client has not signed off the work this also would mean the agency or freelance had not signed off the work either (so think of it as the agency of freelancer is the one signing off the work not their client) so until the agency or freelancer has the worked signed off by their client they can't pay you as they wouldn't know them selves if the work is to the client satisfaction until the client has signed this work off as you may need to make further amendments or whatever thus meaning the work is not complete. Hope that makes sense?

A great and funny game online is GTA San Andreas with the multilayer mod, it's hilarious.
