image into editable version?
that hopefully recognises the text but how would you go about making new text?

image into editable version?
no. you would need a text recognition part (so far so good) but once the text was recognised then— as you say — you wouldn't have a font to match it so would have to anaylse the letters recognised that are there and automatically produce font with the missing letters and then use that. why not just take a background and use photoshop/similar with an airbrush and reproduce it?

Autoptimize glitches page load
looks like it's delaying loading of the style sheet because you get an unstyled page for a second or two. It might give good GTmetrix result https://gtmetrix.com/reports/tommanners.co.uk/esiWcB0Y or at least reasonable but for me on a fast connection in Finland in latest chrome on windows it took 17 seconds to finish loading (even gtmetrix gives over 10 seconds) and it feels slow. A brief flash before it loads the css is ok but it takes noticeably longer. if you click on the waterfall tab in gtmetrix there's quite a delay in server response.

Reformatting dimensions of PDF to inches/centimeters in Apple Preview
ask your publisher for the specs for each one: the print size in cm or inches; the resolution e.g minimum 200 dpi (?), black and white for both? and what format (assuming pdf but could be jpeg) then post the specs for each job and how many jobs there are. If the publisher has a pdf profile that you need to use then that as well.

Reformatting dimensions of PDF to inches/centimeters in Apple Preview
only assuming the pdf meets the required resolution at the dimensions required - if it's too small you can print at the correct size but it will look pants As often is the case, there are too few details from the OP on what they have (what res and how big is their current pdf?) , how they made, detailed spec of what's needed the purpose: if printed, then how? Also is the OP's document the correct proportions? Saying the printer will resize it and not to worry is fine if you're printing something out at home but for a conpetition(?) you want to know the specs to make sure you get the best possible outcome. I would also suggest 300 ppi (dpi) too.

Reformatting dimensions of PDF to inches/centimeters in Apple Preview
how did you make the original design? (in what programme) what dimensions do you need? is it 72X36 in (and what resolution!?) and/or 175X91 200 DPI minimum (is that pixels, mm, inches, furlongs... ?!) Does it need to be CMYK or RGB? (assuming rgb because you say "digital" but best make sure why not take a trial or pay for one month adobe subscription? why don't you presently have access? pretty sure you can't do this in something made for previewing pdf

Images of text
for artwork without images — i.e. logos — always use illustrator. Do you have illustrator? For logos, svg is definitely the way to go because one size fits all and it will resize responsively without loss in quality. when your text is set how you want it copy the aryboard and convert text to outlines on that artboard and export that for screens as svg (that way you have an artbaord still with the original text on so you can go back and edit it still) For text/logos on images then prepare the image at 100% in Photoshop (so it's equal to the size you will be using it at e.g. 400 x 400px) you can copy and paste logos in from illustrator (open logo in illustrator, copy and paste into photoshop - when you get the dialogue box choose paste as smart object and it will retain its vectoricity export as jpeg at high enough quality that the edges of text remain ok (jpeg doesn't deal well with sharp edges and solid areas of colour) use the preview to check it's ok, try first going too far then bring it a back again with the compression. Photoshop also has text options for rendering when the text is slected from sharp through crisp to smooth, and strong. i use crisp for small text and smooth for large (headings etc) quick example attached EDIT- for images of just text i would still do it illustrator and use svg but if for some reason you can't use svg (Wordpress has a plugin) then png-8

Check My new Website Design
why do you have two background videos in your carousel? (carousels aren't generally a good idea either) seems redundant - simply combine the two or drop one your line height is a bit too loose in most cases on https://webxcell.digital/about-us/ you have Mansfield based (hey i'm from Mansfield!) but address is Nottingham. and you have a picture from the early 80s!? your request a free quote has an "x" on it. apart from ballot papers, an "x" usually means close - whether it's part of your logo or not

Help with svg placing
can you post one of the svgs that you're making? that link is to a png and can't really diagnose the problem from there. Is your icon sitting nice and squarely in the middle of your illustrator artboard? and are you using the export for screens? edit: wondering if there's some problem with the viewbox size compared to the image size

name server confusion
trying to help my friend move her domain name to another server. Last time i did this was about 15 years ago and getting confused the domain name is balsan.fi and we (my boss who i freelance for) is the registrar account holder so it's currently here ns.kpk.fi ns1.kosila.fi and trying to change the nameservers to use with new hosting with Duda please see attached screen shots with info of nameservers and what duda require. i just need some instructions for a dummy so i know what to do - do i remove old nameservers and add new ones or.. ?

Is my website responsive?
you can test it yourself - open your site on a phone and a tablet, or even just resize your browser window. No it isn't responsive and it's also really, really slow. 26 seconds it also looks dated. options are to put some time in learning or then pay a designer to design it and developer to code it. I was going to comment on the other pages but it's so slow i couldn't be bothered to wait

can i know how to fix the button?
yes it's a criticism of the Word press system that it has so many classes generally applied to things, and this menu is an example of that. It seems bloated compared to hand coding stuff - does that seem a fair criticism?
