  1. image into editable version?

    Hi, I've been tasked with finding a tool which will allow the converting of an image which includes text into an editable format. The design idea is actually a type of street art and so the text is irregular and not something that can be commonly created with any font that would fit this specific design idea. Is there a tool that can allow us to load in an image which includes text and then create a somewhat editable version of it? Thanks for any ideas in advance!
