Hi All,

I am working for a charity that deals with Jaguar Conservation in the jungles of Nayarit, Mexico.

They raise money for their work through giving bird watching and jungle tours.

There are several tours that run, each one has a set day of the week.

There are a limited amount of places on each tour. I believe 9 at the moment, but I need to check that.

 

We need a booking system that ideally has a drop down of upcoming dates for each tour.

I've been experimenting with some booking systems but none them seem to do what we want. 

 

Free is best as this is a new NGO on a tight budget until they start getting these tours running. But will consider anything that does the job.

Hmmm, have you had a look at PHP Jabbers? They make some pretty useful bits, I spotted their Event Booking Calendar probably the closest match.

Somehow I just managed to log in on an account that I thought was long gone. Anyway AblazeRich and AblazeRich2 are both me.

Can anyone recommend one that would work well with Woocommerce? Not crucial, its just thats the system we are using for the donations and the online store at the moment.

Yes! There is a booking system for that. It's called WooCommerce Bookings.
