I have created a website https://www.modiind.com/ in HTML PHP But When I checked its sitemap https://www.modiind.com/sitemap.xml, It showing Error ?

How to Fix this issue?

What error? The sitemap loads ok for me. Quick tip, you're listing both modiind.com and modiind.com/index.php in the sitemap when both are the same page, only add the root modiind.com.

There is no error at all.

And I agree to Browser Bugs. You do not two versions of the same page in sitemap.xml.

Your sitemap looks good and there is no error in it only thing is you need to remove the below mentioned section from the sitemap.
