A website I designed/manage currently has been hacked..

 

Upon arriving at the website it redirects me to antoher web page? Is there a quick way to resolve this?

Contact your host and get them to install a backup. If you don't have a backup you need to go through the site (on the server) to find the injected code.

 

You then need to go through the wehole site and make sure there are no security holes. At the same time change the passwords on all your accounts, login, ermail and even the PCs you use to monitor orders.

Just to be safe... update WordPress, update all the plugins.

 

Disable any themes and plugins you do not use.

 

Change the passwords.

 

And password protect the admin directory.
