Got it sorted, Problem was with stylesheets being minified.

The name of that method of display that google uses is 'Sitelinks'. It's an interesting question how google chooses to display sitelinks or not and exactly what is included. Google doesn't disclose its methods so you will never know exactly how it works and you will never be able to totally control it.
 
But there are plenty of pointers to good practice. A search of support.google.com will give some hints. Google may be circumspect in what they say but they are often very concise in what little they disclose. Link structure, alt text, and as BrowserBugs pointed out, different for different users, maybe by location, language, history,- idk. As with all SEO the internet is awash with self-appointed experts and advice of very variable quality which you will have to make a judgement on. Read google first. Like this:

I think you can exclude pages from sitelinks. I suspect a meta description for each page might be useful.
 
I see none of our resident SEO enthusiasts except ashleyben (gold star for effort mate!) has been able to contribute anything at all.
