Hope someone can help I sometimes see companies showing clients there websites all devices screens on a image like this.

 

 

Is there a tool for this or do people just photoshop it into the screens?

 

Hope you understand what I mean and sorry if this is in wrong section!

You can purchase (or get free) templates that have smart objects in them.. like here http://www.freepik.com/free-psd creating your own is not too difficult either.

I'd be tempted to copy the image or screen dimensions from a site like responsinator.com to quickly put something together, too, and it's always live, so the images of your site will show the latest design so far on your server.

A quick search for responsive screen mockup shows a few more similar links to examples.

You can also try (websiteresponsivetest.com,Screenfly) tools as well.

I've found a great tool.  It's called a web browser.  You are probably already using this tool to read this post.  Go to your website and resize the window and viola! you can see if your creation works across different screen sizes!
