Well my web hosting is down despite having a Premium hosting account with a 99.99% guarantee of staying up online (within the first week of having the package).

 

Can someone suggest a really fast and safe web hosting service. I currently pay £36 a month.

 

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately no matter what company you go with there is always something which could go wrong, unless you setup a fail over server.

Ohhhh is it heart by chance? A few of my clients had the same issue.

I heard about Hostgator. They say, it offers great features at a reasonable price.

AWS / Digital Ocean I wouldn't look elsewhere.  Nobody else offers close to what you can get with AWS.  Digital ocean is great also, you get nice things like autoscaling out of the box.  Obviously you want something that you can remotely SSH into.
