hi I am new with all that web development and design so I wanna ask for some help from you guys I know all the coding I am pretty good at html, css, js, query but I am super bad at dancing .. I feared lost I don't know where to start what to do and how .. do you have so some tips for me ? Useful software that I can use ? guides?

This isn't too bad as a starting point, aside from spelling errors, this is quite a clean layout that could easily be built upon. Unfortunately, how to design isn't something that can easily be taught in a forum post. It takes experience and understanding, knowing why you're doing something, and also why not to do something. One of the most important elements of design is hierarchy, drawing attention to things in a particular order through size, colour and positioning, though I honestly don't think your design suffers from a lack of it.

The best thing to do is look at other sites for inspiration, and try to understand why they've used colour in a certain place, or why text is the size it is. Also, have a look through some of the posts on this forum. Read what people have suggested as changes to other designs. Remember though, a lot of design is based on opinion. Ask 100 people what they like or dislike about a design and you may get 100 different answers.

yaa i know about my spelling errors this is my second language and thx.

You should take some inspration form releted websites and then make the design. that what i think.
