Your biggest issue is that it's not immediately obvious as to what service you are offering, if I look to the left, I see its SEO, that text should be bigger, in bold and centred, you could even use that orange to make it stand out.

I would remove that quote form, it's really ugly and the shadow is just wrong, just have a button at the bottom as a call to action, where the blue call to action is, also make it bigger and get rid of the orange text next to that button as I see that text but miss the button, you could even swap the blue with the orange everywhere on the homepage except for in the footer and the focus would be shifted to the important content (except the slogan - keep that orange)

You are drawing focus in all the wrong places

Oh, hold on, I look near the middle of your site and see you are a web design company.. See, there is another issue

I don't think the design supports the service you are providing particularly well, but it isn't a bad layout as you suggest. It does have a lot of errors that undermine the quality of your business, though.

In the copy there are numerous random capitals, spelling and grammar errors; I think you need the services of a website copywriter. You can't expect someone to ask you to create the public face of their business if you are careless with the way you present yours.

There are several minor layout issues, e.g. positioning of the get quote button and the form layout on the contact us page. The home page isn't the same as the default page.

On the SEO front, your title tags aren't descriptive (except for the default page which is stuffed with every keyword you can think of) and the description tag is the same on every page; if you are offering SEO services, yours needs to be good.

    It isn't responsive.

Having said all that, it could be improved a lot with a relatively small effort.
