Marquee Scroll not working CCS3

For some reason marqueee scroll has stopped working on computer on all browsers.... even going to sites like http://www.quackit.com/css/css3/properties/css_marquee-style.cfm the scroll if frozen and not moving.... any one have any ideas why it not working on my computer or in my chrome, fff or IE.... working fine on my mobile and laptop etc just my pc it not working on.

nope tried in chrome, sefari, ff, ie etc etc etc and nothing, look on my phone and working, lap top on ff ie and chrome all working... just my desktop pc hum

It doesn't work for me, it's not something I've come across though, I thought they got rid of that marquee stuff ages ago.

 

I would try a jQuery solution instead (http://jonmifsud.com/open-source/jquery/jquery-webticker/), it's not worth proceeding with the code you used above.

 

Let me know if you need a hand implementing it.
