  1. Ui Graphs to Code will it look exactly as the design?

    Hello i am junior web designer. Ui graphs is confusing me like they look insane in design apps such as adobe xd/ps but is is possible to turn the Graph into code? Literally the same! Can i turn the graph in the pocture below into code? And make it the same?
