July 18, 201115 yr To be honest, mate. I doubt you'll find anything already made out there for this. Best bet is to fire up Illustrator and draw it out yourself. It doesn't look too difficult.
July 18, 201115 yr Why do you want it as a .PSD? There are so few elements to it that I cannot see what value a PSD would offer? Perhaps you mean you would like it in a vector format so that you can scale it without losing quality or use it for print? Where did you find the image in the first place? Do you have the copyright holder's permission to reproduce this image? It seems to have a barely visible watermark in the background. A few more details would help, but as has been said, if you do want to replicate this then illustrator would be the natural option.

July 19, 201115 yr I'd just show them the JPG you have attached or be honest with them and tell the client/person you didn't do it.
July 19, 201115 yr I think we can draw a line under this one. If the OP continues to trickle information at the current rate then we aren't likely to get any greater of an understanding before Christmas. In summary, unless you can give more details, particularly in regards to the questions that have been asked of you, then lucifer himself cannot help you.
