I heard from a friend of mine that downloading an image from WhatsApp changes the extension of that image.
That's jpeg Or png whatever the image. But I didn't find that. So I'm interested to know if it is really? Does WhatsApp have any different extensions?

Rather than list the hundreds of problems with the site, I suggest you pay someone to help build the site as your company clearly has no idea what they are doing. And that includes writing sentences that make sense:
"We creates business value for your website in turns it will make your brand value."

As per my experienced, SEMrush and others are tools not more effective and I will recommend by manually is the better one as compared with tools.
