I designed this web page but idk how I feel about it. I was trying to make some decent content but something seems off. It's a bit late here maybe that's what it is..

I agree, it's not very good at all. All you have done is chuck a load of content on the page and hope is will stick. It's not even relevant to San Antonio.

I'm not even sure you really want a review. You were just hoping for a linkdrop.

As to design - there isn't any. It's just a block of content on a poorly coded page.

definitely smells spammy why link to a page advertising services and not the homepage? I thought this line from the frontpage was funny "As Software Engineers We deliver top-notch quality that no other company can offer. "

it seems to me that everything is not so bad. you just need to do a little visual work
