Potential problem with client
Totally understand you and I can related to it. I've been there once or twice myself. Focusing on other priority stuff and putting this aside for now is the way to go.

When would i use angular 2 over jquery
I agree with you on this. I will focus on JavaScript for now.

When would i use angular 2 over jquery
I appreciate your input on this. I will sure as heck check out both React and Angular within the confines of what you wrote above in terms of Angular being a detriment in the manner you describe. I can bet this is going to mean many an hour learning the stuff over many months no doubt.

Potential problem with client
Reading between the lines, you have not 'lost' anything as yet in terms of services rendered and not being paid for them. I mean she has paid 12 months hosting upfront already anyhow. I bet it is frustrating when the customer does not keep you in the loop, I think the best thing here is to put this on the backburner for now and focus on other clients and projects. Let this customer come back (if they do) in their own time and explain the absence. I think you have done more than you could or should have to have engaged them.

Which social network to start with?
Within the context of the Ops post, That would depend on the which social media channel is most effective for their brand, as Teodora and Robert has indicated or pointed out earlier on the thread.

Facebook vs Twitter vs Google Plus
1. Think certain targeted ads have led me to research them up and bookmark them up for later use. 2. Nope, twitter would never cross my mind for this purpose. 3. Nope, not this either. It depends, if there are products or services I am interested in and there are social media sites or links, I might check them out, out of interest to further inform my decision.

OK seem you guys have been around since 2006. The WiredTree site is nicely done. You have some nice plans as well as well as the focus on 24 7 fast and prompt customer support. I was researching this a little while ago and pondering the pros/cons between OpenVZ, Xen and KVM virtualisation platforms. I am led to understand that while everything has its place, a KVM is more robust and flexible. The OpenVZ has its limitations.

Thank you so much Teodora! You are super helpful! Yes I have had a brief peep around the various course providers out here, codeschool, team treehouse, and frontend masters seem some of the more higher end better quality courses you can study and view with pleasure. Pluralsight seem another good quality provider as well! I think they merged with Trainsignal or something ? Course providers like Udemy are on the low end quality wise and more often than not, are of sub standard quality and quite often feature poor audio or visual performance. Lynda are 'good' though often cover the basics than to go indepth like team treehouse might. I have got your suggestions above noted! Many thanks!

Managed VPS Server
It would be very hard to give you a 'solid' VPS provider without sounding all subjective about it or knowing that there are simply too many different VPS with varying and different requirements and purposes. However, I was looking at this the other day, it might be of interest: The Best VPS Web Hosting Services for 2016: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2455706,00.asp

one.com website builder & IE8
I was reading through this to make sense of this, you must mean you are downloading wordpress ? I ask as I could not see any explicit references from the previous posters directing anyone to 'download' anything but then I thought maybe it must be the CMS wordpress. Cheers.

Hey Teodora!, Thank you for your detailed reply. I greatly appreciate it. I see, you are or were working on an old app, OK makes perfect sense. It helps explain a lot and your perspective on it and the way you are approaching it. Yes, there was a time when I first looked at html or css or javascript or php or whatnot and be dumbfounded! Fortunately I am no longer at this stage but like you say, there is always something you seem to learn or discover new as you go along. Reading between the lines, you appear to like or recommend the frontend masters series courses so I will hopefully check these out in due course when I am ready for this kind of stuff. Have an awesome Friday!
