We have found hootsuite to be useful too. The reporting is fairly accurate and provides us with good insights too.

You should be able to do this with a standard WordPress/Woocommerce Theme & plugin bundle.

We've used Fasthosts and Evohosting for years. Good support and prices are not too bad either.

I wouldn't do that personally. Although it might save some time, it will appear robotic. Invest your time in engaging people properly to get the best results.

Not within twitter, you can use 3rd party software such as leadamo or hootsuite

What about for the average small business owner who has managed to install WordPress, but clearly isn't technical enough to fix / diagnose website errors, especially there are these 1 click install options available for website scripts. Should hosting companies take these sorts of users into consideration? As we also know that any WordPress website that isn't kept up to date is prone of being hacked - which could affect sites on a shared platform.

I have been successful using twitter with other accounts. Rather than going route 1, you need to spot opportunities with people who use social media the most. Build up your credibility and then when an opportunity presents itself try to take it offline via email or telephone. 10% of tweets posted should be sales focused, the rest should be about providing value to your followers

Hello! I have used a number of hosting providers in the past, where I have hosted a variety of websites from HTML, PHP, WordPress, Joomla etc. Now, if the server goes down they usually notify me, which is great. However if my website went down, you don't here a peep. I found this to be with a recent supplier. What are your thoughts? Hitesh
