The Sitemaps are used to tell the Google boot to crawl following links but the robots.txt disallows the robots to access them. Change your setting in robots.txt to make that crawlable.

Actually i was searching the right way to work with Google disavow tool, my site do have some bad backlinks but due to a little of knowledge about Google disavow tool i have not used it yet. But now after reading this post i will try to delete those bad links.

While optimizing our website we use alt tags which has importance from seo points of view but my question is there is any befefit of using keywords in place of image name.

For me off page is much more difficult task than on page optimization. Off page requires continuous hard work to achieve the desired result while in on page the task is limited.
