It is good to submit your website to search engien, it is being said by many specialist that the major search engien will find you website but for others you can submit.

Page rank 0 means it going to reach pr1 in near future, i think the page rank checker has a limitation that it can not display the fractional part like 0.1, 0.001, 0.25 etc. It can display only(1-10). It is better to be pr0 than n/a(not applicable).
