  1. As above, jQuery is a framework which extends / builds upon JavaScript. JavaScript can do everything jQuery can, but jQuery makes it easier to do things as it abstracts some of the complexity. A quick rubbish example: JavaScript: document . getElementById('p1') . style . visibility='hidden' jQuery: $('#p1') . hide(); NOTE: SORRY, about the spaces before and after "." but the site things they are links and won't let me post >.< Hope this clears it up Leon.
  2. I use CodeIgniter every day, it is a great framework and now I always use it to develop my projects where before I always coded everything from scratch. CodeIgniter comes with all the framework benefits such as structure, MVC etc but it is also very flexible and you can break out of the structure easily if need be. Good luck! Leon.

  4. It is probably in index . php as it is a wordpress site, but would quite easily be in a different file depending on the theme. Also, I have noticed that on a larger screen, the content DIV floats to the right, im not sure if that is the desired affect? My screen resolution is 1920px wide. Hope this helps, its looking nice btw Leon.
  5. In my opinion HTML frameworks are as flexible as you want them to be, they are only HTML/CSS after all and you can override any functionality you like. People do tend to get sites that look very similar because they don't do any extra work to re-style ect. Leon.
  6. You could do a similar thing with the infinite scroll, allow it to remember what number of results you go to and then when the re-visit the page load that many results and scroll to the bottom. I created a infinite scroll in a project I was working on which worked nice (can't link), but remembering the amount of results displayed would be a nice addition! Leon.
  7. i would also use a framework, I often use twitter bootstrap which seems quite popular at the moment, but there are loads of them which I am sure you are aware Take care, Leon.
  8. I use Sublime Text 2 and love it. Very light weight and reliable! Leon.

Hi Umaki, You will need some server side code such as PHP to take the submitted form request, parse it and then send an e-mail - it is here where you would put your e-mail address. A quick google for PHP contact form should return everything you need. Hope this helps, Leon.
