PointandStare is correct it will be better to use include if your pages is in php format e.g. of your page <?php require_once('include/navigation.php');?> e.g. of your navigation include <ul> <li><a href="#">Menu 1</a></li> <li><a href="#">Menu 2</a></li> <li><a href="#">Menu 3</a></li> </ul> this way you can edit the links if you want to add more links to your menu.

Correct! And what seems to be unfair too is that a Graphic Designer in our industry earns almost the same as Web Designers rate as we work all are asses off to complete the site. That frustrates me.

I think you have a dull color theme IMO, try to experiment with a lively colors that will make your visitors welcomed and make them comfortable.

I came across an argument with my friend who is a Graphic Designer and I being a Web Designer, we are both in the same industry then came a time that we are discussing our roles in our respective companies my friend designs a website mock ups only but earns almost the same as my rate. And I design mock ups too and code the site from scracth XHTML/CSS/PHP. The problem is their company designated him as a Web Designer where the fact is he is just a Graphic Designer and designs for that reason. Their reason is that he creates the design layout of the site, but that is only an image he doesnt know how to code what he designed. Is it correct to call him a Web Designer? While their Web Developers only handles back end codes. Are all of their classifications correct???

I pressume you made your website using firefox or IE7 you can fix your layout by checking and editing your layout in IE6 but that we would be a hassle to revert back to the old browser. You don't need to do that you can download a version of VMWARE that has IE6 on it its a virtual PC there you can view and fix your layout without losing your latest version of browsers. Hope this helps.

Does anybody know how to match a 2-3 columns of same height in a layout using only CSS with regards to which columns has more content? Without using a background image or Javascript? Has anyone done this before in their project or what website?

Site is good. But the image is pixelated. Another thing that I saw is that you placed a validator icon on some of your pages showing that the site has a clean codes but the other pages has errors on it when validated.
