Ok.. good start. There's some order to this and it's less confusing. You can try listing what you think is most important on the homepage, example: 1-10. Then make 1 the biggest box and just keep getting smaller and smaller. The box on the right side is bigger but I think the ratio might not be big enough compared to the width of the smaller ones. Also, the smaller boxes within the bigger boxes may throw things off more. It reads as small boxes more than 1 big box.

Before you get to the responsive part of the design, think about usability for the call to action. This is an extremely important part of your design. There are plenty of studies out there about it. If people don't see instantly what you want them to do, responsive design, gallery images, blinking lights, etc are not going to be important. Websites are a marketing/selling piece and not just to look good. Make it red and rollover to white and you should be good to go. Sorry if I sound a little mean. I'm just trying to stress the importance of this.

You can always get 2 salsa dancers to pose for you. And yes, experienced salsa dancers will know that its a tango pose. =p

Nice layout. Very clean. Homepage is nice. Logo - You need to fix your kerning. Services - Not liking how the image doesn't span the width of the page and how the text does. It looks incomplete on the right side. The text would be more digestible for readers if the column was slimmer - think newspaper columns or magazines. Links - Your dividers are out of place and overlaying some text on my browser.

The call to action is the button. It's a little better now but it should really pop out more (color and size) even if it looks really cheesy. I was curious if the background was just going to keep extending or change to something else.

Nice design. My only comment is that the copy content areas are too wide. Maybe split them up into 2 columns or rearrange them in some way so that it doesn't span the whole width.

Hmm.. its very clean but it feels very boxy to me.. everything is kinda floating. I kinda want to rip out some of those boxes. the top navigation.. I wonder if you could lose that horizontal rule below the logo and the nav buttons to make it a little cleaner. how are you going to treat the left and right sides of the design? I would add some line spacing to the copy in the middle. Also, give some space below the horizontal rule for the copy on the left in the middle section. I would also make the call to action much bigger. The users need to know what they're supposed to do when they get to the site. The footer.. maybe align the vertical line with the top of the copy on the right. Everything seems to be top aligned down there except for that line. I think you're on to something nice but I think it needs some tweaks. It's a good start.

I think it would be better to lock down the design in Photoshop before going further with production, no? The typography could use some work. There's so much going on with the different font colors, word spacing and line spacing. Everything is italics. Drop shadows and outlines. Things need to be more consistent from a visual standpoint. And I've got a white background on the homepage.

Reduce the number of boxes so you can clean up the visual hierarchy. There was another site that had a similar problem.

About the visual hierarchy. One thing you can do is go into photoshop and gray out all your content boxes. You will see that they're almost all the same size except for that big content area on the lower right. Not only that but the upper right area is empty and that also adds to the confusion. I think if you reduced the number of boxes, it would help clean up the hierarchy problem.

Go with 4colourprogress' comments and examples. Along with the typography, study the spacing between text areas and the order in which you want people to view each element on your site. If you can, try to come up with 5 or 6 logo variations - different themes, sizes, etc. Experiment a lot. That will help you in that department.

I'm liking that last one also. The orange definitely works better than the red. I agree with Gibson on the kerning too. Otherwise, I think it looks great.

I like the last one more but the brown is muddy and still doesn't say heat to me. Is red too much? I also feel the E in maintenance should align with the bottom part of the P. You can make Maintenance a little bigger to go underneath the A or T. Last but not least, check your letterspacing. The E and AT is too close and PUMP needs better spacing too.

Nice site. Cute and clean design which works well with the subject of doggies. I would change those green arrows. If you're going to stick with them, I would change them to the orange you have in the logo. Also, that list bothers me. Maybe see how it looks in 2 columns.
