The solution for this is: 1. Use the antivirus scanner provided at your control panel. 2. Remove all iframes detected by Anti-virus 3. Change all FTP and database passwords 4. Check your configuration file for security parameters, if you have configured and changed it according to installation instructions. 5. Diagonose with Google webmaster tools, and send request to google if they are showing "This site can be harmful" on search results. If you have any doubts mail us at webmaster@extranetworld.com

If you are learning than try to try to install PHP 4/5 and MySQL 4/5 on Ubuntu. I mean try to run dual PHP and MySQL. You can also try to install AMP on Windows 2008 server to understand the difference. Most of the world's best hosting providers are using CENTOS 5 as their server distros. So you can try working on that too.
