The design is still cluttered, in my opinion. And the content is still crazy. There are spelling mistakes that need fixing (eg - resgistration). In a site like this, content is key. Your homepage should make it very obvious, very quickly what the aim of the site is.

We need to know what an error is before we can fix it.

The term you are looking for is "breadcrumb navigation", and it's very easy to impliment.

The only thing you can do with a WYSYWIG that you can't do by hand is DESTROY THE QUALITY OF YOUR MARKUP. Please please don't switch to a wysiwyg when you can do your markup by hand.

Work PC has IE6 on windows XP. I don't have admin permissions so can't update to IE7 / FF even if I wanted to, and we have to keep IE6 because we use a piece of web-based software which only works with IE6. Home PC has FF on Vista.
