if i want make a search  feature like examples in the attachments ? many options to sort results. and how results appear immediately and change while change the input   ?  is this called dynamic website ? and can use python to do it ?

You really need to use CMS or a database driven site  if you want to do this. Just about all content management systems have search built into their core code.

but i want build my own website with html and css  and Python for back end  .. i dont wanna depend on cms

i consider cms as cheap ways to do great work.. everyone must do all from scratch  ..   so whoosh will help me make search like vidoes ?

No idea if whoosh will help. You need to do your research.

You can build a CMS from scratch. I just don't see the point when someone has already done the heavy lifting for you. In the same way you can get ready made search scripts.

scripts   just copy and paste into a website then it works ? easy wow i hope find python ones 

No, you can’t just copy and paste. You need to do a lot of configuration.
