March 10, 20197 yr Would a subscription service that sends a joke to subscribers every day by email be something which would be good? It would work by people sign up to the service which is free and then each day they receive an email with a joke in it. So when they are going through their emails. They have something to look forward to. It would be funded through donations. Oppinions please.
March 10, 20197 yr Honestly these services already exists so unless its going to be something unique i'm not sure the service would take off.

March 10, 20197 yr Yes similar services exist but that shpuldn't stop trying it! If after a while it doesn't take off at least you will have leant something along the way, if it does start to get popular then you could look at expanding it.
March 11, 20197 yr If you want this to work you need to think about an app, push notifications or even SMS. Sending me a joke via email is a bit dated. There are much better ways to do this. Why not just build a website that has a joke of the day on the homepage that people can then share or forward to others.
April 2, 20197 yr I think one can always go to r/funny OR r/dankmemes daily for finding hilarious content. Yeah, but if the funded money was used for a noble cause then I think it'll have a much greater cause and then you can name it like "laugh for...." OR "laugh with..." whichever sounds good.
May 12, 20197 yr why not consider putting an advert banner in the email I don't know if people make donations as often as you would think they do.
