1)How can you develop a good, responsible and interactive wordpress begin personal, organisation or business website

2) Also what are the major skills someone need to have for him or her to become expext in website designing/ development.

 

I am a student doing Information Technology but i have much interest in website producation.

Answer 1: by doing lots of research, learn about design techniques, typography, colour theory, imagery, navigation systems, calls to action and so on. Then you need to learn how to code, style, test and evaluate.
