January 20, 201511 yr Hi Jim... can you tell me what kind of technique we should be following for seo in 2015.... any new ones.??? any tips for us??
January 30, 201511 yr i think tracking competitor baclinks using moz and ahrefs is the best solution as we can get new and quality sites daily.
February 17, 201511 yr Following competitors will always keep on the their tail. You will never able to beat them. Go out of the box and get links from some new high authority domains. dont just follow do something new to beat them. There are 200plus ranking factors and its not possible to optimize on all 20o but it is surely possible to optimize more than your competitors.
February 24, 201511 yr Moz and Backlink watch are pretty awesome. I use them as well. .gif' alt=':seas8:'>
April 1, 201511 yr If you absolutely MUST use Java script drop down menus, image maps or image links, be sure to put text links somewhere on the page for the spiders to follow. Content is king, so be sure to have good, well-written, and unique content that will focus on your primary keyword or keyword phrase. If content is king, then links are queen. Build a network of quality backlinks. Remember, if there is no good, logical reason for a site to link to you, you don’t want the link. Don’t be obsessed with PageRank. It is just one isty bitsy part of the ranking algorithm. A site with lower PR can actually outrank one with a higher PR. Be sure you have a unique, keyword focused Title tag on every page of your site. And, if you MUST have the name of your company in it, put it at the end. Unless you are a household name, your business name will probably get few searches. Fresh content can help improve your rankings. Add new, useful content to your pages on a regular basis. Content freshness adds relevancy to your site in the eyes of the search engines. Be sure links to your site and within your site use your keyword phrase. In other words, if your target is “blue widgets” then link to “blue widgets” instead of a “Click here” link.
April 16, 201511 yr If you absolutely MUST use Java script drop down menus, image maps or image links, be sure to put text links somewhere on the page for the spiders to follow. Not essential ... using schema or html5 you can tell the crawler the purpose of any element. If content is king, then links are queen. Build a network of quality backlinks. Remember, if there is no good, logical reason for a site to link to you, you don’t want the link. If content is king then structure is queen; link networks are a risky business to rely on. Be sure links to your site and within your site use your keyword phrase. In other words, if your target is “blue widgets” then link to “blue widgets” instead of a “Click here” link. This is really bad, sure anchor text is good, but this is abused in a big way and has a negative impact. I've had to repair many clients who read this same BS and exploited it only to get kicked out the top 100 for that very same anchor text.
