Google disavow tool is very essential nowadays since a lot of websites have toxic links which needs to be removed.When these toxic links are removed ,it will take around a month or so in order to have the effect in its serps.

I mainly use social media for promotion,branding and generating traffic to my website.At first we can only generate traffic but once we analyze the relevant audience, then the traffic can be converted into revenue and customers.

I dont think you can use multiple accounts as we use facebook pages.Only one account is allowed.

Its better not to use it.. i am not sure whether it would have an affect but as far as i know duplicate/copied content are considered to be spam as per google updates.
