The most effective way to get better rankings and traffic would be content marketing. This would help to engage your customers with your unique content,blogs and thereby linking to various other websites.

There are many web profile which are similar to the ones your searching like hotfrog.com, manta.com , superpages.com etc. Search for local business listings and post relevant to the local listing information

The information seems to be good when it comes to google plus and i feel that google plus is very helpful for brand promotion and popularity.

Submit only unique content in high quality aritcle submission sites.Each article being submitted in a different website should be unqiue.The article should not be promotional and should be relevant and general to the targeted audience.

I prefer to use the brand google page to post new updates regularly and use the profile page foe more personal updates.Brand page should be considered as the first priority.

As days go by,, even the linkedin groups would get spammed...............i hope that does not happen.

Google adwords developed by google is a targeted and paid web traffic.There are other third party web traffic which are not effective and does not provide real targeted traffic.There wont be any leads or sales from that targeted traffic.

Its a good collection of uk classified sites.Nowadays seo needs to be focused on with more local listings in terms of business listings,classifieds etc.Local search optimization is also a must for seo.

Getting traffic from stumpleupon will take a long time since there has be regular activity in it.Most people use it for checking some random articles from various categories.It doesn't drive much traffic compared to other websites.Stumpleupon would have many visitors but it doesnt help much in driving traffic to business website.
