i tried in html5 to design responsive templaetes but it not works so please give me suggestion to design a responsive templates.

have a look at bootstrap, it is quite good at responsive templates, from there you can see the code they use to do it i think you might be pleasantly surprised.

 

You can always post something on here with a sample of what you have done so that we can point oyu in the right direction
