May 16, 201412 yr Author Hi Piers, I am not asking you to redesign the website. I don't have the psd file of my website. Is it possible to redesign the page from the existing html page. Thanks.
May 16, 201412 yr You don't need Photoshop to design a website, quite the opposite. You have a few options: Design the site using HTML & CSS inside of the browser. Re-create the psd file based on the HTML version, if photoshop is a big deal.
May 22, 201412 yr Hi, I'd like to know what the average rate for designing a website would cost take away paying for the site domain yearly, I'm 17 years old and got asked to design this website the guy offered me 200 to make the whole thing, do you think i should be payed more?

Assuming you mean a complete re-design (or even if only partial), you wouldn't need a PSD? Using the current site for reference would suffice. Depending on the complexity of the website and if the quality of your work is good (you should have experience - even if it is not from commercial projects), you could quite easily charge anything from £20-30+ an hour. Work out how many hours you would spend in a working day and estimate how long it'll take you to complete (or when the deadline is) and you'll have a price. Add any additional costs to that (domain, hosting, etc) - you should most definitely not incur those charges!
May 23, 201412 yr Regarding the OP if you have a site that is online then yes you could take the time to grab any images, and code from the site. whether or not you have the PSD is irrelevant if there is a live site. Having a PSD is great if the site/design is new and you need to measure space between things, grab images etc but by the sounds of it you have already got these somewhere.
