Hello could anybody help I am trying to put a contact form on the homepage of my website and am not to sure how it works.

 

Could anybody post the code for a basic form or a link to any guides please.

http://plugins.cdcoding.com/ have a look at this, the developer of this plugin is D4Y0 easy to set up, actually a good test to see if it is easy to set up!

As said by inlinedivblock i released a plugin yesterday that should be easy to set up the link is: http://plugins.cdcoding.com/ (inlinedivblock's was broken )
