August 29, 201214 yr It's just a ring of offset lines when it comes down to it. If you were using Illustrator all you'd start by drawing a vertical line up and down the page, and then you'd calculate how many 'rays' you wanted coming out of the middle. There are 360 degrees in total, so if you wanted 20 lines, then you'd apply a transformation to your vertical line of 18 degrees (360 degrees / 20 lines), then you'd just use the 'repeat transformation' function and make copies that go all the way around. After that you'd draw a rectangle around the outside of your lines, and you'd use the shape tool to turn the lines into shapes that you can colour, and you'd apply whatever colours you wanted. Voila.
