Im trying to fix TWO validation error witch i find impossible to fix

 

1: this is from the captcha im using

 

2: for some reason iv am ul inside another ul list, because the two are link to a script a cant get rid on one without the other not working:(

1. Don;t worry about it, it's not going to affect the site as a whole.

2. You can't nest <ul>'s within <ul>'s. You need to put the second <ul> within <li></li> tags.

I am shocked more people have not commented on your site, considering the quality of it.

 

I really like it and you have done the scrolling technique justice! I smiled when your homepage loaded up, purely for the art in the background.

 

Its a really nice clean site that is easy to navigate.

On your portfolio section, may be an idea to expand on your work. Basically detail some development information, this would show any potential employers a basic overview of your processes.

 

Should the icons of your work link to external sites?

 

The nav bar is bothering me, only a little though, and I still cannot blooming work out why...it'll come to me in the days to come.

 

Great effort though and I'm sure you will have no trouble getting work.

there's no focus when using the keybaord for navigation

 

you don't need an apostrophe in this sentence

I'll be as honest as possible here.

 

the site is ok.

 

But:

 

1) it seems a bit outdated to me don't know why but the overall design somewhat reminds me of websites we saw 7 years ago, if you're going for minimal design typografy is your friend.

 

2) the find me buttons seem a bit out of place and I don't really like the effect on them personally I think the emboss around them makes it look filery and cheezy, and a bit low quality, might I sugeest removing the emboss effect and making them grayscale to blend in with the container and then adding :hover rule to the CSS so they slowly colour in when the mouse is over them, also making them smaller might help so they could all fit in just one line right now they're a bit too big

 

3)Webheads logo is well....not good at all.

 

4) too many social buttons, you have them on the top on the right on the left and all of them are so darn big and to top it all off on a white background that makes for a very cheap look overall, don't flood the visitors with social buttons but suggest them slightly, you'll get more results then a big ADVERTISE ME in their faces.

 

maybe make the ones on the right slide out from the border on :hover or mouse over in .js whichever you preffer.

 

 

 

5)work in progress

use ease-in effects ^^ there is such a thing as a too responsive website and again makes it seem a bit dated

 

6) the top bar

it seems out of place design-wise and not really digging the long bar look of it.....maybe just text with a different colour? or perhaps a button with a slight contrast to the background.

the text is a bit too large for me. I like how the scrolling navigation works. i would just change the size of the page title text
