April 29, 201214 yr Hello friends, we all know that website buying and selling is not new but my query is say i buy a website with ad sense monthly revenue of $1000 after checking all data and verifying all for last 12 months is it worth a try?
April 29, 201214 yr Depends on how much they are asking for it, and how much work it requires to maintain and add fresh content so as to keep a regular following. Edited April 29, 201214 yr by oakleaves
April 29, 201214 yr Should I have lasagne for lunch tomorrow if I can't mow the lawn till Tuesday? My point being that your question has no relevance to itself. It may earn $1000 a month but how much do they want for it? How much does it cost to run and maintain? Etc etc.
April 29, 201214 yr Author @spitfire the reason is urgency of cash for medical purpose @mike say the maintenance cost me $100 per month including hosting and others Edited April 29, 201214 yr by sash_oo7
April 30, 201214 yr So long as you can verify the figures and other Inot, action that you've been given then an $800 profit would be very nice. So just to recap... Make sure the owner is selling it because of an emergency need for cash rather than he's loosing money on it. Double check the Google ad figures to make sure that is what is being returned. Make sure the asking price has no hidden bits attached Make sure the amount of time you'll spend per month doing maintenance is acceptable and won't leave you broke. Double heck the ost amount of said maintenance. If after all this you're still making a profit them good luck to you man and I'll be charging a 10 % consultancy fee
April 30, 201214 yr Author lol thanks i haven't decided to get it yet but have it in my mind might go for in future
April 30, 201214 yr Author Have a look in the adsense panel to see if any funds have ever been with held by Google. If they have, it could indicate some dodgeyness, that would be worth investigating beforehand. ya i would be checking the adsense account with username and password
