I basic photo shop learner, i need to design price box in my project. But lack of photoshop knowledge i am struggling. Please see attached file.

 

 

Please guide how to make that box

But it's impossible.

Use the rounded rectangle tool to create a basic shape.

 

Then with the direct selection tool select it. Now your path will show up.

 

3/4 along the top of the rectangle add 3 more points using the pen tool (+)

 

Then again using your direct selection tool, select the middle point and drag it out to the side. This will create a speech bubble for you.

But it's impossible.

I don't think it's available with the default Custom Shapes in Photoshop but you can definitely download it from a shapes pack:
