The concept is meant to be a mixture of old school with a blend of modern but with a first aid theme. Based on this concept I also created the brand image for the company. January 10, 201115 yr Hi, I'm having trouble here trying to give you good feedback... which in my eyes is negative feedback because this is what you can build on. The site flows nicely, is naturally easy to use for someone who has never viewed the site before. The only things I can see which could be improved upon to do with design: colour of link text in your content area does not have a good contrast. The light blue on slightly darker blue makes it nearly impossible to view the sliding motion of the content could alternate from sweeping left and right depending on what arrow direction you press Graphic arrow on home page make "throughout the UK." read like "throughout he UK."... arroy covers up t in "the". Sorry for being picky but I had to be to give you anything to work on Also while using IE your hover effect on your main links do not seem to work as desired, and there Is no content slider on versions 7 and below, but degrades gracefully. January 10, 201115 yr The site looks really good. I agree with frupence on point no 2 and 3 but not on point 1. for me the font and colors are fine

January 10, 201115 yr Author Ahh, that looks guff! It seems ok on a few versions of Firefox that I have on my laptop and desktops. What version of FF are you using?

January 11, 201115 yr Links looking good now, was totally different first time I viewed! Apart from cross browser compatibility the design of your website is something to admire! Good Job!
January 11, 201115 yr Author Cheers for all the feedback so far guys, working through the cross browser issues at the moment. Does anyone know how to use jQuery to remove another jQuery script on a site when the brwoser is IE or set a conditional statement that would ignore the script if the browser is IE? The hovers look great in IE if they are CSS only so I want to stop the script that calls the hover effects in IE only if that is possible?

January 13, 201115 yr Author OK fixed a few of the IE issues by removing the jQuery hover effects. Anyone else having problems on the site?

January 13, 201115 yr Andy I'm new to this game so I hope my comments are okay. Maybe a bit picky. The look of your site is nice and clear and the graphics are good, but I have to say the picture of the ambulance on the homepage looks a bit dated. I looked at the meta data and I think you need to look at your meta descriptions as "Hello. We are The UK's freshest First Aid Training Agency." seems to contradict "Initial Response Training was founded in early 2010". Also does the site have the right amount of key phrases in it? For example I know that my employer runs "First Aid at Work Courses" which is a key course for employers and obviously your main course, but how may times is it mentioned? Hope this sounds okay?
