I'm currently building myself a new website, the old one is less than professional. I'd appreciate any feedback on the direction I'm taking. I've so far been working on the header, and the rest of the layout will be very wordpresslike, ie; a nice, orderly, clean layout.

 

I'd drop the black stroke on the fonts and the outter glow on the circle things and arrows, makes it look messy. try be more subtle

I've already had a go at a different version of it, which I like a lot better. It's much less of a mish mash. Still not sure on the font for the text yet.
