I was just wandering what makes awebsite to viewed like this in search engines is it for xml sitemap?

Yes, they are called Site Links... if you login to your Google Webmaster tools account you will be able to see if Google has indexed any site links. How the algorithm works I don't exactly know, there are no "cheat codes" to do it, a good content rich home page with top level links with good titles leading to quality contextual content seems to do the trick.

 

Search for "baby mattress" in Google and you will see our client come up tops with not only site links, but actually the site link titles we wanted.

 

Have tried this with a lot of our clients and get different results... so will be watching this topic in case someone else in the forum has had success and would like to share.

It is called Site Links.. As per my experience Google is giving it as a reward when your inner pages are getting visible or top ranked for key phrases as well as home page...

 

But really i dont know how exactly the algorithm works, but i could say you will achieve it gradually by keep working on the site !

And before you ask, you have ZERO control over them.

 

The only control you have is to make your pages stronger. Google will replace a link with stronger links.
