September 29, 200917 yr what they do best, F*** all. My wifes cousin had the jab last week, and then spent 2 days being violently sick and passing out.
September 29, 200917 yr Author what they do best, F*** all. My wifes cousin had the jab last week, and then spent 2 days being violently sick and passing out. haha, too true about the government, and our PM has "health" issues... anyone think he just too fat and grumpy? That's not good man, hope she okay man, wish her the best:)
September 29, 200917 yr A hundred bad medical conspiracy films come to mind. I think they should ban drugs that have the letter x in the name. They always seem to be the dodgy ones.
September 29, 200917 yr In a few months time we will be offered a Swine Flu vaccine made by the SAME COMPANY. I am no way having that.
September 29, 200917 yr Girl might of died from it, And a girl is in GW hospital Swindon, after having it, One is hospital is paralysed. Blimey, I'd only heard of the suspected death. Glad my daughter isn't old enough to be in the target group until it's sorted out. Drugs of any sort have to go through so much testing over a period of several years before they can be licensed, but you will never get a sample of every possible combination of bodily makeups to know for sure every possible outcome I guess.
September 29, 200917 yr Do you remember that meningitis (I think it was) jab hoax? Hundreds of stupid mothers wouldn't let their children have it which resulted in a few kids dying. So until it's proven that the drug causes death you could be helping a repeat.
September 29, 200917 yr That's not good man, hope she okay man, wish her the best:) yeah she's ok now. Cheers Do you remember that meningitis (I think it was) jab hoax? Hundreds of stupid mothers wouldn't let their children have it which resulted in a few kids dying. So until it's proven that the drug causes death you could be helping a repeat. One of my best friends at school died after being given the meningitis jab. She was 12. Like all of these jabs, the live virus is in them along with the anti-gen, however in some people the anti-gen is ineffective. Thankfully it is normally a very very small percentage of people. I don't think its right to say that any parent who won't allow their child to have the jab is stupid. Thats a bit harsh. I didn't allow my daughter to have the MMR jab, she had 3 seperate ones. At the moment there just seems to be too many unknowns about the links between autism and the MMR jab. Does that make me stupid?
September 29, 200917 yr "There is no evidence to support a link between the controversial MMR vaccine and autism in children, researchers said on Friday." ~http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/talking_point/3644374.stm
September 30, 200917 yr Author Darren isn't stupid, just being cautious, Same as any parent would be after a girl suspecting died from it, and there is one in my local hospital that might be paralysed from it... Until all this has been "proven" i wouldnt advice getting the shot done, until proven that it wasn't, But referral to the bodily make up to everyone being on database, its true they can ever predict the outcome for everyone cause not everyone is the same, some may have similar characteristics that's it really. It's the same as this theory i've heard a few times, red meat causes cancer..... or too much red meat... true or fake? And everyone is born with cancer... its just a timer till its triggered, yeah if you get the jab or the treatment for that type of cancer before it happens it can stop it, but your still prone to possibly getting another type of cancer aren't you. And christian, They are doing 1,000 test now on the two different swine flu jabs to see what one works best. http://news.uk.msn.com/uk/article.aspx?cp-documentid=149968247 Ben
September 30, 200917 yr At the moment there just seems to be too many unknowns about the links between autism and the MMR jab. They recently debunked this, there is no link between MMR and Autism.
September 30, 200917 yr They're saying exactly the same thing about the cervical cancer jab. The girl who died died of some other illness. So you should be just as scared of your daughter dying from the jab as you are of her turning into an elephant from it.
September 30, 200917 yr "There is no evidence to support a link between the controversial MMR vaccine and autism in children, researchers said on Friday." ~http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/talking_point/3644374.stm Bit late now, she had the jabs months ago. I don't think i want to get involved in a argument over whether parents being protective of their children and not allowing them to have a jab that may or may not cause death/paralysis etc makes them stupid. I feel the desicion I took was the right one. Thats all that matters.
September 30, 200917 yr I feel the desicion I took was the right one. Thats all that matters. Totally agree mate
September 30, 200917 yr Totally agree mate cheers, (off subject - that pic you have up now looks about 10 years younger than your old one. Looking at your old one i thought you were mid-thirties lol)
September 30, 200917 yr (off subject - that pic you have up now looks about 10 years younger than your old one. Looking at your old one i thought you were mid-thirties lol) I'm 22! lol I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing!
September 30, 200917 yr My sister had this jab yesterday, she seems all right though, thinks its rather odd
September 30, 200917 yr Yeah all the girls at my school are going OTT with it. Its just all this crap that Jade Goody stirred.
October 1, 200917 yr Just to reassure everyone a little bit, it was on the news today that the girl's death was not related to the cervical cancer jab, she had a tumour in her heart and lungs that had been growing for a while. Just rotten luck.
October 1, 200917 yr It is a very sad state of affairs, but, as always, every vaccine brought out has some kind of adverse affect on some people. People react to chemicals in different ways, and it is just very very unfortunate that this girl has lost her life - but that doesn't necessarily mean the jab caused it. As Stevo said, it was on the news today that an underlying medical condition was the cause. But, that doesn't mean that people should stop getting vaccines or boosters. A friend of mine said today "Well, i'm certainly not getting it now! It only protects you up to 70% !" As if that was some kind of issue? It's like I said to her, It's better to be 70% protected against something than 100% protected against nothing. It's not the governments fault, it's not GSK's fault, it's not anyones fault, it's a horrible accident. And Saying In a few months time we will be offered a Swine Flu vaccine made by the SAME COMPANY. I am no way having that. Is ridiculous. These products wouldn't be on the market if they were deemed unsafe. GlaxoSmithKline is a world renowned reliable company and it's not fair to make such ludicrous claims. Our thoughts should be with the family, not with placing blame.
