I am looking to make a simple web application. Basically, the user types in their name selects a few images (from the gallery) and it generates a forum signature for them to use. How would I go about making something like this?

Thanks everyone! Nice, I am looking forward to having some great times in the forces. It's quite a contrast between sitting at home coding a website and working underpressure as a comms engineer in Afghanistan - but should hold my attention more. haha

Well, I began doing web design 2 years ago, it was pretty fun. Now I find it a real pain and a pretty much boring job, I really have lost interest over the last month. Just made the decision to go into the army, I joined the Royal Signals today, I will be a IT/Comms engineer. I have a degree in Computing Science which will help. Can't wait to go out to Canada to do training and things like that. So, basically just nuked all my sites, deleted everything I had to do with web design as I really don't want to make another site again. A complete career change, hope it works. It's very unlikely I will be back, so peace! Thanks for all the help coding a stuff over short time I've been here. (If one of my clients emails me asking for more work, I will send them in this direction).
