August 19, 200917 yr Hi there, I'm looking for a mass/bulk image resizer that allows me to specify the output file type, auto rename the images, watermark the images and if possible create a thumbnail for the images. I've already found a pretty good one program, but its pretty pricey for a basic program. Anyways, i'm just curious if anyone knows another program that can do all that is listed above?, i'm willing to pay for the program if it worth my while, thanks .
August 20, 200917 yr I've used ifranview in the past. I'm sure it does what you want and it's free for non-commercial use.
August 20, 200917 yr I use picture resize genius. It is $19.95 but it does everything you need. I first used it when I had to resize 26,000 images for an ecommerce website and it managed no problem. Alternativley you could use a batch in photoshop but I'm not sure it would be as automated as the progam I mentioned.
September 22, 200916 yr It's been a while since I had to do this.. But I'm pretty sure that last time I messed about with Irfanview and then some other free software I found. Only to later discover you can do this all in Photoshop... This should explain how: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/1315331/how_to_do_a_batch_image_resize_with.html?cat=15
